Momo's Yosemite Retreat is located in the desirable Yosemite Forks neighborhood and features gorgeous views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Relax with your friends and family in the over 4,100 sq. ft. of living space that features three common areas, game room, three outdoor seating areas, a fully-fenced backyard, hot tub, grill and fire pit.

Guests will have access to the entire home and fenced backyard area. Guests will enter and exit the property via the front door access code. All other areas of the property are not accessible to guests, and these areas are clearly marked within the house. We appreciate your cooperation!
All guest communication will be handled via the guest's selected booking application
Notable Items:
Prior to your arrival, a digital welcome book will be shared with you. It will have your specific guest door code, property address, and additional information for your stay.
Cameras are installed on the exterior of the property to ensure guest safety and security. There are no cameras located inside the property.
Security Deposit:
To ensure a safe and respectful experience for both our guests and our property, we require a security deposit as part of the booking process. This deposit is in place to cover any potential damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations that may occur during a stay. It is not an additional fee - rather, it serves as a form of protection and is fully refundable if the property is left in good condition.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a request within your booking app's messaging to submit your deposit before your stay.
Pet Policy:
We are super dog-friendly! Our Samoyed - Momo - loves making new friends, so we welcome your fur baby to stay with us as well.
Momo's Yosemite Retreat has food bowls, treats, toys and waste bags for your convenience.
Please note - currently, we only allow up to 2 dogs (maximum) at Momo's Yosemite Retreat for an additional fee.

This is a place where you want to stay! ! The home is beautiful- exactly as pictured. It is calm and peaceful, and VERY comfortable. The kitchen had all necessary items, the home was clean, and furniture (beds, couches…etc) was comfortable. Great location, close to hikes, and restaurants. The backyard is fenced in, and dogs are welcome. Great amenities! Also, they added an awesome game room that is not pictured. Our family REALLY enjoyed this place!

Great place overall. Plenty of space for our whole group and nice open kitchen and living space so we could watch TV, play board games, and cook meals all at the same time but all be in the same space. The kids loved the game room downstairs! The only thing I'd note is the noise level of the main road right near the house - cars driving by made it difficult to sleep the first night for some of our group, but a quick trip to the store for earplugs solved the issue. Those of us who brought noise machines had no issue. Great place and would stay again!

Stefan’s place fit our family well! The dining table was large to accommodate a large group, there was baby equipment that was very handy so we didn’t need to pack up. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking! Would recommend!

The guidebook was awesome and very informative, and all instructions for the heating and air throughout the house were clear and straightforward. The home itself is absolutely lovely and dog-friendly. Our two dogs had a great time! The house is spacious and perfect for a group. The game room provided lots of entertainment, and the kitchen was beautiful and large, ideal for cooking for a big group. It opened up to the living area, which made the whole experience feel fun and social. One of the highlights was the outdoor deck, where we were able to watch the Geminids meteor shower at its peak :)! There were plenty of blankets to keep us warm, plus a fire pit for s’mores and a cozy indoor fireplace. We did a day trip to Yosemite and the entrance was about half hour drive with the main sights about another hour. Overall, an amazing space and a fantastic stay. We’d absolutely stay here again!

About 1.5 hrs from the visitor center of Yosemite National Park, with a beautiful drive to and from. This property is well taken care of. We appreciated Stefan’s communication and flexibility. We would love to stay here again.
