Momo's Yosemite Retreat is located in the desirable Yosemite Forks neighborhood and features gorgeous views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Relax with your friends and family in the over 4,100 sq. ft. of living space that features three common areas, game room, three outdoor seating areas, a fully-fenced backyard, hot tub, grill and fire pit.

Guests will have access to the entire home and fenced backyard area. Guests will enter and exit the property via the front door access code. All other areas of the property are not accessible to guests, and these areas are clearly marked within the house. We appreciate your cooperation!
All guest communication will be handled via the guest's selected booking application
Notable Items:
Prior to your arrival, a digital welcome book will be shared with you. It will have your specific guest door code, property address, and additional information for your stay.
Cameras are installed on the exterior of the property to ensure guest safety and security. There are no cameras located inside the property.
Security Deposit:
To ensure a safe and respectful experience for both our guests and our property, we require a security deposit as part of the booking process. This deposit is in place to cover any potential damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations that may occur during a stay. It is not an additional fee - rather, it serves as a form of protection and is fully refundable if the property is left in good condition.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a request within your booking app's messaging to submit your deposit before your stay.
Pet Policy:
We are super dog-friendly! Our Samoyed - Momo - loves making new friends, so we welcome your fur baby to stay with us as well.
Momo's Yosemite Retreat has food bowls, treats, toys and waste bags for your convenience.
Please note - currently, we only allow up to 2 dogs (maximum) at Momo's Yosemite Retreat for an additional fee.

A group of friends and I stayed at Stefan’s for our trip to Yosemite and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our group was 10 people and we had more than enough space. We enjoyed spending time watching movies in the living room, playing in the game rooms, and outside in the hot tub. The kitchen was large enough, and had everything we needed to cook, breakfast in the mornings. The Airbnb was only 20 minutes away from the entrance to Yosemite and about 10 minutes from the central area of Oakhurst so it was an extremely convenient location whether we were going to the park or going out to get dinner. Stefan himself was extremely responsive, proactive, and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. All in all, this was a great stay and I’ve already recommended it to other people who are looking to take a group to Yosemite. Thanks Stefan!

We had a great weekend stay for our group trip to Yosemite! Upon check in, we noticed there were a few missing items (oil, salt, etc) but Stefan was quick to respond and delivered those items to us, and even included a small treat! He was very communicative the whole time leading up to our trip, too. We had a great time!

My stay was perfect! I am glad to have found this place as it accommodated my big family to celebrate my mom’s 70th. Her siblings flew in from everywhere in the US and all of them were impressed and happy! There’s so much to do—- from relaxing, to cooking, to arcades and games. It is friendly to all age group… and even to dogs! I couldn’t be thankful enough to Stefan and his team for building such a wonderful home and for making our stay easy and memorable. He responds quickly with clear instructions! Very considerate and welcoming, especially we were a big group. Highly recommend this place. Don’t think twice, book it!

Awesome stay!! This Airbnb is great for large groups, plenty of beds and space to accommodate everyone. The location is great with Yosemite just a short drive away. It snowed while we were there and Stefan sent someone to clear the driveway and walk ways for us. Definitely recommend this Airbnb!

This is a place where you want to stay! ! The home is beautiful- exactly as pictured. It is calm and peaceful, and VERY comfortable. The kitchen had all necessary items, the home was clean, and furniture (beds, couches…etc) was comfortable. Great location, close to hikes, and restaurants. The backyard is fenced in, and dogs are welcome. Great amenities! Also, they added an awesome game room that is not pictured. Our family REALLY enjoyed this place!
